General Qualifications

Graduated from related departments of universities
Have at least 3 years of experience
Preferably worked in the restaurant industry
Has Reporting Capability
Knowledge of menu planning and cost control.
Responsible, prone to teamwork
Competent in Decision Making, Implementation and Follow-up
It will take an active role in all processes of the products from receiving the goods to the final control.
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of quality and hygiene standards
Able to use MS Office programs effectively
residing on the Anatolian side
Job description

Control, follow-up, reporting, improvement and continuous development of all processes from the acceptance stage to the final consumer in line with the principles of quality and freshness in the production processes.
Detection of machinery, equipment, raw material deficiencies in the Production Process and reporting to the management
Creation of product recipes and control of production according to prescriptions
Responsible for the hygiene of the production area
Planning and placing orders for materials used in production
