This former multicultural (Armenian, Greek, Jewish, Turkish, Kurdish) neighborhood has a very convenient location along Haliç (the Golden Horn), easily connected to the main transport hubs like Eminönü (5 mins), Taksim (10 mins) and Yenikapı (10 mins) by frequent buses. The house is situated along the main shopping street of the neighborhood with all the shops, supermarket, cute cafes and restaurants at an easy stroll away. The best side of the neighborhood is its vicinity to the seaside parks along Haliç, where one could walk, jog, or go for fishing.

The fully furnished flat is on the second floor of a residential building. The living room and bedroom are very sunny and bright. In the living room, there is a tiny balcony full of geranium flowers, where you could sit and sip your tea or coffee. The large bedroom is to be shared and offers two comfortable beds (1 double and 1 single) and a wardrobe. The house is easy to clean, as it has been furnished in a minimal, practical and stylish way.

One caution: As this is a residential area, where also many traditional Muslim families live, I expect the guests to be silent after 22:00 and single ladies are recommended to wear decently not to attract unwanted attention.
