I am looking for a superstructure investor for the project to be built in an area of ​​1,300 m2 in Tuzla, Istanbul. The main subject of the work consists of the following items:

1. Organic & mixed breakfast (every day until 14:00)
2. Organic restaurant and alternative menus
3. Cafeteria area and children's areas (between 07:00 ~ 02:00)
4. Online sales and ordering (Yemeksepeti & Bring)

The superstructure investment costs 3 million TL including decoration and it is not a big amount of money to open a place in today's conditions. Negotiations with the contractors that will build the superstructure and other inventory suppliers have been completed. The area is in a million-dollar position, its location is indisputable, it has a very high signage value. Necessary studies and investment pricing were done by 2 different architects. 1.5 million TL of the investment will be paid back in advance at the end of 90 days after starting work. This is because it is necessary for the seriousness of the investor, and for me it is essential as a cashier to guarantee business transformation. The time to start work is estimated to be 95 days, so the opening will be on May 1, 2023.
