GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a Front Accounting Person with the following qualifications to be employed in our company, which has been operating in the Automation sector for 20 years in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone . • At least 5 years of experience in Pre-Accounting, • Good use of Logo Go3 program, • Good knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Archive, E-Waybill control and approval processes, • Current Account, Bank, Cash, Purchase/ Able to Track Sales Invoices and Waybills, • Able to make BA / BS reconciliations, • Strong written and verbal communication, proper diction, • Customer and solution oriented,

• Working meticulously, carefully and devotedly, • Having knowledge of MS-Office programs, • Not related to military service,

• A male or female colleague who is a graduate of at least Commercial High School or Vocational High School will be accepted.

Job Description

• Following up in the inventory entry and exit section
• Order tracking in the Logo GO3 program
• Having the ability to maintain a daily office order and create a regular and high-quality business environment
• Regular pre-accounting transactions• Regularly making Current Account Reconciliations• E-Invoice / E-Archive / E-Waybill system to be followed meticulously• Processing of purchase / sales invoices, etc. accounting transactions,• Inventory tracking and Purchase / Sales E-Invoice / E-Waybill transactions overthe system,• Providing Office Layout,• Realization of all cash and bank accounting transactions



• Follow-up of Salary, Overtime, Leave and Advance payments • Arrangement and follow-up of personnel files, payrolls. Transactions related to occupational safety.
