General Qualifications
Graduated from related departments of universities
Have at least 5 years of experience
Preferably worked in the restaurant industry
Possess leadership and management skills

Has Reporting Capability
Knowledge of menu planning and cost control.
Responsible, prone to teamwork
Competent in Decision Making, Implementation and Follow-up
Having knowledge of all processes of the products from the acceptance of goods to the final control.
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of quality and hygiene standards
Able to use MS Office programs effectively
residing on the Anatolian side


Job description

In line with the principles of quality and freshness in production processes, control, follow-up, reporting, improvement and continuous development of all processes from the goods acceptance stage to the final consumer
Able to manage subordinates

Creation of product recipes and control of production according to prescriptions
Responsible for the hygiene of the production area
Planning and ordering of materials used in production
